No problem at all - we think thats a great idea and we fully endorse it.However we would add a note of caution. How many times have you heard stories of people travelling down to a privately owned property and discovering that the photographs taken by the owner didn truly show the property in its true light? The fact is agencies exist as an insurance policy. If an agency has a good reputation and has a history of happy clients then why not pay the price of a bottle of nice wine per day to ensure that when you get to your holiday home it meets if not exceeds your expectations. Invariably things in a home can and do go wrong. Reputable agencies will have contingency plans to rectify any problems and will invariably will have a better network of tradesman etc to rectify the problem quickly and efficiently. Peace of mind is what we offer.

Many owners quite rightly don commit themselves to just one agency to source and deliver their bookings. To them that would be a risk. To spread that risk they will often register their home with more than one agency and so there lies the potential problem of keeping booking status up to date on the website. Even if a property is stated as being available - ALL rental companies have to confirm it is still available by speaking to the owner or the owners representative. Some properties the owner has in actual fact stated they only want us to market the property therefore we can and will publish availability. If in doubt drop us an email.
