The villa is ideal for large family groups or you and your friends and is beautifully furnished with all home comforts, including a refitted and fully equipped kitchen, dining area, two lounges (one with an open log fire), satellite TV with DVD, video & CD and a spacious garden room overlooking the pool.

Outside, the pool terrace and gardens provide plenty of sun and shade and a barbecue area. All 5 bedrooms enjoy ocean views - the upstairs bedrooms share a large sun terrace, the downstairs bedroom opens onto the pool terrace and the remaining 2 bedrooms are linked with a shared bathroom and open onto a garden terrace by the pool.

Bedroom 4: twin beds opening to garden.
Bedroom 5: double bed - with shared bathroom to bedroom 4 
Bathrooms: There are 5 bathrooms in total. There is also an additional separate WC and shower.

There is a well equipped newly built kitchen which includes fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, blender, toaster.
A washing machine, iron and ironing board can be found in the utility room.

The main lounge has TV, DVD and satellite. There is another lounge area known as the Tower with double sofa bed, TV and video.
There is a dining room with  seating for 10.

The villa is on three levels with 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 1 on the ground and a family suite with two rooms with private access on the lower ground.

The swimming pool has a uniform depth of about 1.3m.and is suurounded by a large patio with sun loungers. There are two additional patios with tables and seating for alfresco dining surrounding the villa and hideaway seating in the garden. There is an enclosed garden room with comfortable seating.

Las Rocas is 30km north of Tarifa.
Gibraltar and Jerez airports (Ryanair flies into Jerez now) are just under an hours drive.
Even Malaga is only 1.75 hours drive.

Cadiz, Gibraltar, Jerez and North Africa are all within easy reach. The area enjoys year-round sunshine while the Atlantic breezes keep temperatures very pleasant during the summer peak.

The villa is superbly positioned on the Atlanterra headland overlooking secluded Cabo de Garcia bay and the long sandy beaches of Zahara, which is 5 minutes drive for your shopping and many restaurants and bars.
