Description :

we had the biggest pool on the South Coast of Spain...the beach on our doorstep..the kids played out there all day and we supervised them from the comfort of our own home.

Two fabulous villas that remind us of being on the movie set of a Hollywood Block Buster on the sun drenched Californian beaches.

These two luxury villas are on Marbella’s Golden Mile - a very select and private enclave on the Southern sunshine coast of Spain.

Note that the location is exceptional as these villas are ON THE BEACH with a Southerly aspect so the sun is on the back patio/garden all day long!!

First Villa

The large living room has another lounge off it and all furniture is new and of a very high standard. Naturally there is full air conditioning.There is a large patio leads directly onto the beach 3 metres away. For those that still enjoy a swimming pool despite being on the doorstep of the biggest pool money can buy - you need only walk 5 seconds and you will find an excellent pool for the exclusive use of the handfull of residents that live there. Please note not even the owners are allowed to invite guests to the pool it is strictly residents only.

Bedroom 1 has a large double bed with a beautiful ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Bedroom 3 has two full sized bunk beds.

The main bedroom looks over the whole bay. There is a main bathroom off bedrooms 2 and 3 clad in pink Portuguese marble and a bathroom in the hall. The large new kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. There is a dining table with ample seating. The flooring is marble throughout.

Second Villa

The entrance hall leads to the new fully fitted kitchen which has a separate dining area. The large lounge with fireplace looks out over the whole bay.The villa is fully air conditioned. Double doors lead to a large patio/garden area and as with the first villa has immediate access to the beach and pool.

It has 3 double bedrooms,each with a marble ensuite bathroom containing a new shower or bath. One room has a double bed and the other rooms each have twin beds which can be moved together if required.

Both villas are adjacent to each other so the beach view/access and pool are the same.

Our pictures and description don’t really do these lovely properties justice! They are very children friendly. Many of our guests have commented on how wonderful it is to be ableto let their children remain on the beach for hours on end and to supervise them from the comfort of the villa.

There is a promenade to Marbella which takes about 25 minutes walk or 10 mins by bicycle (bicycles available by prior arrangement). Puerto Banus is a 15 minute walk on the beach  or 5 minutes by car.There are 2 beach restaurants (the famous Victor’s beach bar) and 3 restaurants within a 3 minute walk (Toni Dalli’s,Three Olives, In Vino ). Boats and windsurfers etc. can be hired at the Punto Romano beach , 10 mins walk away.
