They have completely rennovated this magnificent home set with many many acres of its own private grounds amidst olive groves and fruit trees as far as the eye can see - and there has been no expense spared! When you first enter the property the first thing that grabs us is the wonderful smell of the traditional Spanish Bees Wax they use to adorn their wooden floors and wood throughout...heavenly! The property boasts 8 bedrooms all ensuite - however the key here is that the property can be rented exclusively as a 3 or 5 bedroom to suit your needs and at a price to reflect the lower occupancy!
This is a first for this area! The key feature of this house is a massive drawing room with high traditional stone ceiling, archways and pillars giving an almost medieval banqueting feel to the place - however somehow they have managed to retain a cosy feel to the room so don worry that you might be "rattling around". At one end of this huge room is the lounge area with a massive hearth and fireplace - making it a great gathering area no matter what time of the year. To the other end there is the dining area with dining table and chairs to adequately seat up to 20 people - however the room itself could be arranged to hold a mini banquet - for corporate events the possibilities and potential is endless. The kitchen is huge and fully equipped with all mod cons. There is a private "quiet room" which is beautifully finished in rich wood panelling. The work on this house is excellent - even the windows are double glazed and there is central heating throughout - most unusual in a property so old. Outside there is a fabulous "infinity" pool to the front of the house. The grounds are immense and expansive providing seclusion and privacy. Seville is a mere 40 minutes away and is ideal for day trips to the fabulous shops or for those wishing a cultural day out with its many museums and places of interest.
